Make a cup of tea or a cappuccino and find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Take some time to reflect on the following questions:
What do you really want?
If you had a secret hobby, what would it be?
What is missing in your life? What is it that you want with all your heart?
What other dreams do you have for your life?
What big dreams have you ever had that you haven’t achieved (but haven’t completely given up on)?
If you didn’t have to earn money, what would you do with your life?
Spend enough time on each question, and feel free to write down what comes to mind.
By the time you’re done, you most probably will have clarity about your most cherished dreams or goals.
