Hajni Sagodi-Sturm is a mother, an award-winning author and an internationally recognized executive, relationship, team and organization coach.
She grew up in communistic Hungary and lived in Ireland and Malaysia before settling in the Netherlands. She has a Dutch husband and they together have five grown up children. During the last 25 years, Hajni helped hundreds of clients to
transform their lives. She enjoys working across cultures and has worked in all corners of the globe: from Canada, US, Nigeria, Oman, to India, The Philippines, and Japan, and many more countries.
Hajni wrote books with her sister to help young people to discover and develop themselves. In the two beautifully illustrated editions, Me Map Teens and Me Map Young Adults, they translated Hajni’s deep knowledge and broad experience to the language and needs of today’s youth. The books won the COACH BOOK OF THE YEAR award.
As an author, Hajni not only leverages her coaching experience, but also an arsenal of proven and innovative coaching methodologies and profiling tools. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through Co-Active Training Institute and an Organization
and Relationship Systems Certified Coach through Center for Right Relationship. She is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan, Values Profile™, I Opt®,
and Assessing in Action certified practitioner.
